Geneva Lake Region (Geneva,Vaud and neighboring France)
Candiate profile :
🔹 Fluent in English and French. (German, Swiss-German, Spanish, Italian or Mandarine would be an asset)
🔹 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
🔹 Very good knowledge of Geneva and Vaud cantons
🔹 Good understanding of the regional real-estate environment
🔹 A very positive customer oriented attitude is essential
🔹 Flexibility, open to last minute changes, capacity to respond to highly demanding clients
🔹 Driving license and private car
🔹 Swiss or valid work permit B, C or G
🔹 Clean criminal record and no debts certificate (both must be recently dated)
🔹 Previous or present experience in a similar position would of course be ideal.
While the position can suit full time or part time consultants, we strongly priviledge senior individuals with a rich life experience. All our Relocation Consultants have personally experienced having been an expatriate and are aged 40+. This provides a more acute understanding of the "emotions" that international transferees are going through.
Our Relocation Consultants are empowered with the full scope of the required services. For example for a home search. You would handle the transferee's personal needs analysis (personal call usually), accommodation search based on validated housing criteria, set-up of the program, personal accompaniment, lease application, lease check, set-up of utilities, moving-in inspection and property handover. You are remunerated on a "per mandate" basis which gives you flexibility, control on the work load you can cope with and the potential to build a dynamic level of remuneration.
